Welcome to Japan- You may not disembark

Well ill start by saying im here in Japan safe and sound however it wasnt without its challenges.

The first leg of my flight went well, i had a row all to myself, i had chicken AND rice, not noodles. So that was good. I arrived in Singapore on time and well rested. I arrived at my check in gate early and waited around as i had another hour to kill..however after about half hour i thought, ill just recheck the time i check in and see if i have time for a feed. Well i then discovered that the Fed ex plane had crashed landed at Narita and my plane was delayed. So i had a few more hrs to kill. I had some yummy seafood soup and then learnt they hanged my check in gate, so i scrambled to the other end of the airport...eventually they allowed us to board but advised we would be arriving in nagoya instead of Narita. (About 45mins south by flight from Tokyo/Narita) So we took off, and around 6 and a bit hrs later landed in Nagoya where we prepared to get off..then about 15-20 mins after sitting waiting the pilot announced..ladies ad gentleman the authorities have advised we will not be allowed to disembark from this flight here. We will come back to you when we know what we can do.

long story slightly shorter. we sat in the plane for well over an hour before he advised Narita was opened and we would be taking off again...errggh take offs and landings, i hate them and now i had to deal with them again when i thought i was done.
So eventually we landed in Narita and all went well. I got my bus ticket and that went smoothly.

I must say there were a few small panicked moments but things went well in the end, and im all safe and well so thats the main thing.

It was about ten degrees when i arrived, however it did warm up to 10.1 while i was waiting for the bus.

I arrived in Mito and Erinn met me, we walked back to her place, and she went off to work. I checked out the local area with a walk and found the local Lawson (7-11)

Erinn was home again soon after and cooked me some yummy dinner.

Thats it for now, today we are off to lunch with some of Erinns friends. I have added photos but they are in a seperate section, i think ull find them on the right hand sign of this blog, but ill figure out how to add them in so i can give descriptions and stuff. But for now, im off....
